Automatic Lathe's 6 Main Spindles, New Quick-Clamping System Reduce Cost per Part

With the highly configurable MS32-6, INDEX has added to its family of multi-spindle automatic lathes.

A wide variety of highly productive applications can be carried out by the machine's six main spindles, up to two swiveling synchronized spindles and up to twelve tool carriers. Each tool carrier can be freely configured as X-axis and Z-axis cross slides, X-axis grooving slides or Z-axis drilling slides.

The new INDEX quick-clamping system, patented W-serration and ergonomic front-opening work area contribute to minimized setup times.

Maximum dynamic response and minimum secondary processes and downtime further reduce cost per part.
